I applied through a recruiter. The process took 3-4 weeks. I interviewed by QA manager via Skype in April 2015. (It was remote position) The interview was very good. The duration of the interview was about an hour. But before the interview I had a pretty hard test assignment. So PSL interview process was also very comfortable. There are no any non proficient questions from the interviewer.
