Brief fact gathering call from HR followed by scripted HR interview. Scheduled follow up with hiring manager. Hiring manager in depth interview reviewing resume & qualification. Offer was made & salary discussed. The details of qualifications for incentives & bonuses could have been more thorough (be sure YOU are clear before accepting).
