This company is a husband and wife company of cabinets, tile, plumbing, and anything in the kitchen and bath industry. They are passionate and hard-working and that shows through the work they display. I went through two rounds of interviews, and both went well. The first interview was more so going over the company, but also getting to know my work experience and me as a person. The second interview I went in person and John showed me the store and what the day to day work would be that I applied for, and then I would talk to Candice and she would conduct the interview. One thing I wish they did was communicate better. I kept having to reach out and ask when they would finalize their decision on the position and they couldn't tell me until 3 weeks later.
