I applied through an employee referral. I interviewed at Premier Solutions (Woodlands, CA) in Jan 2018
Interview
The interview process was terrible and very unprofessional. The owner was very rude and irate, he was on phone , texting and total waste of my time. The owner Anthony Barbaro made it very uneasy, and was asking me illegal questions , about my race and personal questions , which I think is very inappropriate and illegal questions. During the interview, he was taking calls and eating food which was very disruptive and annoying.
I applied in-person. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Premier Solutions (Los Angeles, CA)
Interview
Brief, unprofessional. They asked generic questions and just wanted to seem professional. Wanted to get me out to a store selling one of the companies they represent as soon as possible. They made it seem like it was a prestigious opportunity with major upward mobility but its more or less a pyramid company that just needs you to do walk up approaches for whatever company they have you representing trying to market and or sell a product.
Thank you for taking the time to give us your feedback. At Premier Solutions we are committed to creating a transparent and comfortable environment for all current and future employees, so I am disappointed that your experience with us was not what you are expecting. Our first applicants are invited for a first round interview and it is usually a meet and greet to make you feel comfortable with our office environment which is why it may have seemed that some of the questions seemed generic. We always appreciate any feedback and concerns and we will continue to find ways to improve.
I applied online. The process took 4 days. I interviewed at Premier Solutions (Syracuse, NY) in Oct 2013
Interview
This was a very comfortable interview. The interviewer was very friendly and welcoming. After the interview I was invited to an orientation. At the orientation certain candidates will be chosen for any positions that are currently open. The interviewer made me feel very optimistic.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
The questions asked were fairly easy. Do you know anything about the company...how would you rate your customer service experience?
