Higher ups were 20+ minutes late for the interview because of a golf discussion. Communication after the fact was non-existent from HR. It's definitely a boys club and I would avoid this place if you're looking to be respected as a professional.

Interview
Directed up a narrow spiral staircase to conf. room for 3 person panel. Relaxed, informal and courteous atmosphere. They asked about previous job duties, typical day, program experience in open/closed systems, work volume, pivot tables, power point. Owners very knowledgeable regarding the statistics of business growth. As I understood it they were changing to an unstructured approach to staff hierarchy. Knew they needed additional staff in Accounting but not clear on the job duties. I indicated interest but they stated they had a lot of interviews ahead.
