I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Premier Nutrition (Emeryville, CA) in Jan 2024
Interview
It was easy. Recruiters and managers were very polite.
The first step was a phone call with a recruiter, next one was a Zoom meeting with a manager. Summary It should be six steps: recruiters, managers, and potential co-workers.
Surprisingly, the process ended abruptly without any feedback.
This lack of transparency is disappointing, as it leaves candidates in the dark about their standing.

Interview
Long process of talking to many people.
1. 30 min recruiter phone screen.
2. A 45 min video call with hiring manager
3. 30 min call with another sales person.
4. 30 min call with another sales person
5. 30 min call with another sales person.
6. 10 min call with the recruiter.
Most of the interviews were the people asking the basic hiring questions the company told them to ask and wrote your response. Only real engagement interview was with the hiring manager. Everyone else just read from a script and didnt seem like they cared.
One guy literally had no idea about the position and each time said he didnt know that area so my examples didnt make sense to him. Even said he learned alot about the job from me.
After all of that you will just get the auto rejecting email “after looking over your resume we decided to go with someone else” ummm thanks for the basic response after i spent over 2 weeks interviewing

The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Premier Nutrition (Seattle, WA) in Jan 2022
Interview
You interview with direct team members, managers, leadership, HR and cross functional members. Scheduling, the team was very flexible and understood me sneaking away to my car on lunches to make the interviews virtually. You defiantly complete quite a few interviews and can seem like a lot, but well worth the fight. They want to guarantee you are a good fit and will enjoy working there.
