Very unprofessional. When you would answer a question the individual would laugh. They did not take the process serious which ultimately reflected how they ran the business. They based their decision solely on looks.

Interview
Interview took about 30-45 minutes in a 1 on 1 setting. Very professional. Much more like a conversation rather than an interview. Difficult interview but was a very comfortable setting.
