The initial interview and 2nd interview process was good as did a ride along with the sales manager. I expressed interest in the position after the 2nd round. The manager was going to speak to the owner and was going to contact me a couple of days later.
Never received a phone call as i had to initiate the phone call and went over the phone the compensation and was going to email me the offer letter that afternoon. Waited patiently but no email nor phone call. I emailed the manager asking for the salary calculation and finally recieved the generated compensation offer the next day.
I emailed the manager about the questions about the compensation and ask about the starting compensation offer. He stated that since i didn't have the field experience but i had tremendous amount of sales experience it was the offer. I asked him if there was any negotiations to the salary. He said that he would speak to the owner asap. It took a couple of days to get back to me as I followed up with him with a phone call a few days later. He stated that the owner isn't going to budge on the starting offer but he was going to a bonus compensation. He said he would have to me in a email a few days later since i called him back the day before the 4th of July weekend. I waited patiently for the updated salary calculation with the bonus structure didn't get anything at all. As a professional courtesy, I emailed him that afternoon. No emailed response at all. Called him the next morning and had spoken to him for a quick second as he was going to call me back within 20 minutes or so. Guess what!!! No call back at all. I sent him another communication via text, instead of waiting for the email. I asked if set up a final meeting with him and the owner sometime this week. Guess what!! NO RESPONSE!! Don't work for this organization at all.
