They asked very in-depth questions, and showed real consideration and care in the hiring process. Ultimately, I didn't get hired, but I felt very respected and would consider applying again in the future.

Recruiter called me back in regards to the position and then set up a phone interview for me with the HR Manager. She called and then went over the in depth description of the position. Then another appointment was set up for me to come in for an interview which consisted of sitting in with a Sales Rep for about 30 minutes of seeing what the structural day to day activities were like. Then I was taken to a my first panel of 3 employees, different ages and positions of males and females with in the company for 30 minute interview of questions about myself and how I would handle each situation. Then I was taken to another panel of 3 employees, again different ages and positions of males and females again with more questions of myself and how I would handle each situation. Was also given the chance to ask both panels any questions that I had. Both interviews went well and felt very comfortable with all 6 employees.
