Precision Combustion interview questions

It was a good experience first phone call with Hr then went for 3 different video call interview. After that a 5 hour in person interview then I got a feedback that my experience and expertise don’t match the company’s requirements. The whole process was 4 month long and one thing that bothers me why taking me to the final round if my background doesn’t match with the job requirements.
