Der Prozess war professionell strukturiert und mehrstufig. Nach einem ersten Screening folgte ein tiefgehendes Gespräch mit den Stakeholdern/Investoren. Der Fokus lag weniger auf Standardfragen, sondern auf einer kritischen Prüfung meines Track Records ("Grilling"). Besonders meine Erfahrung in der Übernahme von Projekten externer Top-Tier-Berater (MBB) und der praktischen Umsetzung von Restrukturierungsmaßnahmen wurde detailliert validiert. Es wurde erwartet, dass ich strategische Konzepte nicht nur präsentiere, sondern auch deren operative Machbarkeit (z. B. durch digitale Delegationsmechanismen) beweise.

Interview
I first talked with HR for the basic HR stuff. Got a take-home assignment. No feedback at all, just that the position is closed. I could see the position still available in LinkedIn. This is not professional at all
The first interview was an informal conversation focused on my CV. Then I received a relatively simple take-home assignment. The next step was a LeetCode-style coding challenge, but I didn’t continue as I accepted another offer. Overall, the process was smooth and professional.
