I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Praxis (Toronto, ON)
Interview
My interview process began with a brief initial screening, which consisted of 2–3 preliminary questions to assess my background and fit for the role. This was followed by a more formal online interview conducted with two interviewers, where I had the opportunity to discuss my experience, skills, and how I could contribute to the team.

Very unprofessional company and experience
A recruiter reached out to me via LinkedIn to interview for the role. I spoke with her for 15 minutes, and she recommended me to the company for a further interview. I had two subsequent rounds of interviews with two people on the team. The experience was fine, with no issues, and the questions were straightforward.
Everyone had been very communicative up to this point. After the second interview, I was told I would hear back the following week. I never heard from anyone again, even after multiple follow-ups on my part.
Feedback to the company: Be professional - I am so glad I didn't waste more time on the process seeing how the way you run interviews must indicate how you run your business. All in all, I would not recommend it to any other firms or candidates.
