I received an email to schedule a phone interview and the process happened very quickly. The phone interview was very short and they did not ask many questions about my qualifications, more about my interest in the job. I was told I would hear back within the week or so, however even after sending multiple emails I never heard back about the position.

All behavioral, this interview was just looking over my resume and asking questions about it. Its important to understand everything that is on your resume. Also, make sure to dress well and look tidy. I got this interview after a recruiting event.

They asked me about one time that I had to deal with conflict in the workplace.

Interview
Interview process was three stages with three different representatives: two engineers and the program manager. Each was around 15 minutes. Typical STAR method questions, and then time for questions at the end with the program manager. Very friendly and light interview overall.

After career fair, very straight forward interview. Relaxed and only felt like a conversation. No technical questions. All behavioral questions about past difficult situations and lessons from engineering. Friendly process.
