The process took 2 days. I interviewed at Pratt & Whitney (East Hartford, CT) in Oct 2011
Interview
The initial communication was through a college recruiting event. After review of my resume, I was offered a 1st interview with a panel of 4 current engineers. The interview process was 45 minutes long and included questions about my past history as well as situational questions. After the interview, I was offered a position within 48 hours. I went back for a second, full day interview for job placement within the company. The workplace culture seemed relaxed with an emphasis on further education, work ethics, and completing work tasks in a timely manner.

Question 1
What makes you interested in working for Pratt & Whitney?
I applied through university. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Pratt & Whitney (Longueuil, QC) in Oct 2017
Interview
The interview experience was positive. Applied through university and got contacted for an interview after 2 weeks. The interview was supposed to be on their "interview day" where all candidates are interviewed on the same day. However, I had a major midterm that day and I told them about the issue. The supervisor was kind enough to reschedule my interview to two days for the "interview day". I only got to know that I was not selected when I saw that they reposted the same job.
