I had an initial digital interview, which was very well organized. It was well explained and provided some test questions, with plenty of time to get familiar with the process. It was a good process.
I applied through an employee referral. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Pratt & Whitney (Bengaluru) in Oct 2023

was not up to the mark , HR s themselves have no idea what they were hiring for .
All shortlisted candidates and Walking candidates were put togather in One room & made Shortlisted candidate to wait longer .
HR's , were themselves were hired few months ago & they themselves were un aware of the process
