Panel discussion with current staff, including supervisor. Very friendly group of folks. Lots of opportunities to share and describe why you're a good fit. Not a pressure for time. Focus on organizational values and how you fit into those.

I proposed to teach a class and I worked with the studio manager to create the class. I decided the length of the class and general time the class would happen. I also provided an image and it was added to the website and schedule to see if we could get minimum enrollment.
The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Pratt Fine Arts Center (Seattle, WA) in Aug 2015
Interview
I applied online. I heard back within a month. I had a panel interview with three people. One was with the development director, and the grant writer, and someone else in marketing. Two of the people seemed to like me, but one the woman seemed to be playing the bad cop role. She seemed to really not like me. Off topic, it was not in a good neighborhood and it took me a very long time to get to the building.
