The lady who conducted the phone interview was frigid and impersonal. Her questions were pretty standard, but the interview ran more like an interrogation instead of a conversation between professionals. When her questions didn't sound stock and bland, they came off as borderline rude and unprofessional. She was really just going through the motions, and her unpleasant attitude really shined through whenever I asked her questions about the company. As soon as I answered one of her questions, she would fire off another one without giving my previous answer any real thought. By far the worst phone interview I ever had. In the span of a 30 minute conversation I saw all the red flags I needed to know that Practis isn't the "fun and casual work place" that they claim to be. Unless your desperate for a lackluster job, I wouldn't recommend anyone to apply here. If you do apply, keep this place at the bottom of prospects. Remember guys, an interview is a two-way street...the employer might give you an opportunity, but it's up to you to determine if the opportunity is worth taking in the first place.
