      Account Manager Interview

      8 Apr 2012
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 3 weeks. I interviewed at Practice Fusion (San Francisco, CA) in Feb 2012

      Interview

Had 2 phone screens before being invited to the in person interview with the Senior Sales Manager and same Recruiter who did the initial phone screen. Prepare to be blown away by their office- super awesome, looks like a fun and cool place to work. Most unique looking workplace I've ever seen. Busy environment, cool lighting, tons of snacks and lunch catering. Lots and lots of young, hip, attractive people so I definitely got a sense that cultural fit was very tightly screened here. Although I figured that wouldn't too much of a problem as I am young, hip, and decent looking, ha! Recruiter was very professional and asked me some questions about my skills, experience, and gave me a good sense of the company's vision and what they were looking for in the position. We connected well and I was feeling really great about the job. I would agree with the previous poster, the next interviewer, the Manager, came in a while after the Recruiter, didn't seem too prepared. Although I was charming, enthusiastic, knowledgeable, and relayed several times how hard I would work for the company and the extra hours I'd put forth towards the career path, I knew by reading body language that it would be a No from her. I think this was based on whatever she saw from my personality and did not like. A polite call from the interview later the week confirmed I was "not a good cultural fit". The company from what I gathered seems to be very picky and definitely does judge on personality over qualifications, skills, and motivations.

      Customer Service Representative Interview

      3 Jul 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Neutral experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied in-person. The process took 5 days. I interviewed at Practice Fusion

      Interview

Interview process was more like a dialogue about your interests and was a very casual, friendly experience. It was a pleasure meeting everyone and my only complaint was that there was no follow-up. I can handle rejection but when a company just ghosts on you it’s a serious slap in the face. They sent me a survey and that’s it.

      Customer Service Representative Interview

      17 May 2018
      Anonymous interview candidate
      San Francisco, CA
      Declined offer
      Negative experience
      Easy interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Practice Fusion (San Francisco, CA) in May 2018

      Interview

Brief phone interview/screening by HR Representative. Very pedantic and audibly disinterested in her task, person made nonconstructive comments on my phone skills during the call, emphasized perks more than actual role, indicated they would be sending me an invitation to a group interview that same day and never sent it. Seemed overwhelmed by recent acquisition and working for a larger group.

      Application

The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Practice Fusion (San Francisco, CA)

      Interview

I had an initial phone screen with an incredibly friendly and informed recruiter. At the end of the phone screen I was invited on-site for an interview. At the on-site I spoke again with the recruiter and a team manager. They were both engaged and excited to be in the interview with me. Finally, I came back for one more on-site where I spoke with a second team manager and a team lead. During this interview I was asked about my previous experience, my skills set and my technical background.
