      27 Mar 2011
      Anonymous employee
      Accepted offer
      Positive experience
      Average interview

      Application

I applied through other source. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Powercast in Jul 2009

      Interview

I emailed them for a opportunity to work as intern. Then they directly called me for an onsite interview. After that they offered me Intern position as they liked me and that internship was unpaid internship as they were short of funding and it was the time the economy was too bad ad down. I took the opportunity to try and it worked for me ad then after 2 moths of internship they offered me contract position and started paying me as they like my on the job work. Then it was much simple to convert to fulltime as i proved my self by making 2 good products for them and eventually got hired after 9 months of contracting .
