Pre Screening Interview that took about 30 min. Quick and easy interview process with company staying in contact throughout the process. Actual Interview was about 30 min. on Google Meets and fairly easy.

Interview
The interview included a generic phone screen then an in-person tour of the facility (SNF), the interviewer basically provided a tour of the facility, explained expectations/duties, and asked me very few questions to get to know me as a candidate despite me prompting for questions. I’m not sure if they already hired a candidate in the time they scheduled my interview and had to continue with my interview, but I felt like the recruitment team did not want to get to know me as a candidate.
They asked minimal interview questions. More inclined to know who you are determining if your personality fits the site. They seemed more interested in compatibility than knowledge of the profession, willing to train with the right person.
