Began with a personality and a cognitive aptitude test. Progressed to a phone screen with a recruiter. Then another cognitive aptitude test over Skype. The first three steps happened very quickly. After the Skype interview there was a period of silence and then I received an email that they had decided to move forward with other applicants. A month later, the positions are still open.
