Was sent to do the first round on another platform. Went pretty smoothly there and got the result back pretty quick. Some of the questions asked were definitely really difficult and seemed a little above the jr position role.

Chat with recruiter. Schedule technical interview. Technical interview conducted on Zoom. Roughly 3 hour multi-part test. Included tests on specific frameworks and detail-attentiveness. Interaction with interviewer limited to chat. No camera or audio.

To be quite frank, the process is not the best. Multiple choice, fill in the blank. The assessment is done through these sites mentioned and you have to screen share with zoom. Didn't feel as though they really cared about my resume at all just "Hey take this test, and if we dont like what we see we are gonna just move on with better candidates". I have seen them hiring all year so....
