The owner had me in for an interview and asked me about myself. She was more interested in learning about myself than my work experience. She gave an overview of the company's values and history and gave the impression of a fast moving and creative environment to work in. The interview was quite simple, some energy and passion, along with some demonstration of my maturity level was all that was needed to get he job.
Note: Don't drop off you resume at thins place, they just rip them up without looking at them. They only accept electronic versions of resumes as a law and expect people to understand why a customer focused business hates drop inns. If you are persistent enough to drop off your resume at the million breweries in the area, you must be a scumbag and a buffoon.
