Poway Healthcare Center interview questions

Two step interview process. First interview was with the company's corporate dietitian. I was asked simple clinical questions for LTC were asked, like what would your plan of care be for somebody who admits with a stage two pressure ulcer to the coccyx? By the end of the interview, she asked me what my desired compensation was. Second interview was with the building's administrator. It was more of a meeting than an interview. She had explained to me the state of the building i would be working at and what my goals would be as the dietitian. She also wrapped up the salary and benefits of the position.
