Interview
The interview process included:
A one-way interview via Spark Hire.
An invitation to an in-person panel interview, contingent on the initial screening, as well as two assessments to complete.
The panel was friendly and welcoming. However, I was disappointed by the lack of feedback after investing weeks of my time and effort into the process. It’s particularly ironic and disheartening that a school district, which prides itself on fostering a culture of learning and growth, failed to provide any constructive feedback. Schools are institutions where learning from mistakes is a cornerstone of development, yet the absence of any feedback in this situation is contradictory to what I thought they stand for. This missed opportunity for growth and reflection is quite surprising and discouraging. Moving forward, I am hesitant to invest more time with an organization that does not seem to value the time and development of its applicants.

Interview
The interview process was three rounds, quite disorganized, and overall a poor quality experience. First was video one way call, then a phone screen and final was in person. In person interview, the question were non-specific with a 12 person panel.
