I applied in-person. I interviewed at Potential4skills (Sheffield, England) in May 2013

Interview

Full day interview with roll play, ice breakers and quizzes. Then one to one interview which was relaxed as we had spent the day with the interviewer. All in all it was a great experience and I was offered the job the next day which I accepted.

Interview

Not very good just asked to go for an informal chat and given the job. I do not feel this adequate for the position I was applying for, and this showed by the type of employees who were already working for the company.
