Interview
Interview process was really quick and relaxed. The interviewers were very courteous and wanted to see you succeed. The questions were very much practical in nature and close to the work being done, hence they were able to gauge better signals from the interview.
The only improvement i would suggest is to standardize the tools for interviews so that both the interviewer and interviewees don't waste time and are able to collect metrics better.

A machine coding round to complete a real world example that showcases coding, algorithmic and DS knowledge while showcasing standard software development principles.
