* There seems to be real inbound demand and some RevOps support.
Cons:
* CRO, Prateek kept cutting me off while I was asking questions.
* He made condescending comments about my curiosity, including saying “don’t worry, I can even send you an email with all of our company numbers” when I asked normal questions about company performance.
* Straightforward questions on channel revenue and KPIs were dodged.
* Asked about my notice period before confirming next steps.
Interview experience:
Two people were on the call. The partnerships lead was measured and helpful. Prateek dominated the conversation, interrupted repeatedly, and turned basic discovery questions into a negative. When I asked about revenue contribution and KPIs, I got vague answers, capped off by a sarcastic “I can even send you an email with all our numbers” line. The overall tone felt dismissive and unnecessarily condescending.
