Positive Money interview questions

While the job seemed fairly interesting, prospective employees should know that PoMo is strictly an environmental lobby. I got the sense that there is a strong hierarchical ladder internally, which is a red flag for me personally given that the organisation is made up of less than 10 people. I also noted the exceptionally strong ties with organisations such as Greenpeace - this should give anyone a sense of what can be expected from the organisation in terms of ideas and culture. I should also note that the HR lady who was co-leading the interview process was very professional, explaining every detail of the recruitment process in due time.
