30 minutes intro to get an idea of the business and discuss overall fitness, followed by 3 or 4 1-hour live coding tests with different members of the team.
Interviews fairly transparent and knowledgeable about both technology and trading.

Depends on interviewer, but topics include systems programming, computer architecture, algorithmic problem-solving, C++ proficiency, and trading logic (order books and matching engines).
