Portland Leather Goods interview questions

Two video interviews. They were very clear about their expectations and their passion for their company. The pay wasn't worth the outreach or recruiting. But they were all very nice.

I was invited to an in-person interview at their warehouse location, but the whole interview lasted less than 10 minutes, and I knew right away they weren’t interested in hiring me. I have plenty of experience in customer service, both online and on the sales floor, along with related retail experience. I even used the STAR method to answer their questions, but the interviewer seemed distracted by their phone and didn’t ask any follow-up questions at all.
