1st stage interview over phone with recruitment (about 20 mins) - general about me and competency questions. 2nd stage interview in person with partner and associate. Questions surrounding CV, experience, and interests.
Called for an Initial interview with a follow up second interview at their offices. Very nice people and interview conducted more by way of chat to encourage a relaxed approach.
Really nice and straightforward and easy. They made me feel as ease and not stressed at all. It was a 2 steps interview, HR and line managers. Got an offer in 2 days.
