PortaDecor interview questions

I Interviewed for an administrative position which sounded more like a catch-all for random tasks. The job description was a direct printout from google with no adjustments to the document to make it company-specific. Very weird vibe, Main office is in an event company's office - 6-7 desks in a room that couldn't have been more then 400 sq ft - no windows. When discussing salary - I was asked to 'train' @ $12.00 an hour for the first 2 weeks despite my resume having over 8 years of experience in administration. Benefits were to be 'discussed' 6 months later. No vacation time, no sick time, only hourly positions.
