interview process was pretty easy and straightforward they asked simple questions and interview was really short. with proper knowledge anybody can crack the interview and they really focus on the basics and why questions,

To start off, I did not get to go through the interview process with this company, but I still feel the need to share about my negative experience. I was contacted probably one month after applying through phone asking me about my experience and if I feel it's "enough" for me to take on the role at Porch and how much was I looking for in terms of compensation. I did not get any follow up for almost two months so I assume I was rejected, which is fine, I get it. Companies ghost ppl sometimes. But two months later someone from Porch reached out via email to set up a phone interview. On the day of the interview, the person never showed up and when I followed up via email, I get no reply. THIS is what I find to be unacceptable and super unprofessional. If you see that you have an interview on your calendar set up, by no means should you leave the candidate hanging and not follow up and ghost them, ESPECIALLY if you didn't show up.
