Question 1
What would you do when faced with someone who wants a better deal than the one you are giving?
I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Popchips (London, England) in Jun 2016
Interview
Quite informal in general. Nice offices and easy to get to. Interview went pretty well in my opinion but the interviewer didn't really give anything away. Didn't really discuss about where the company's aims are and didn't go into any depth about the advertised role.
I applied through a recruiter. The process took 6 months. I interviewed at Popchips (Los Angeles, CA) in Jun 2015
Interview
The process was a bit lengthy as I had to interview with the whole leadership team. It made it very interesting as I feel I had to put in a lot of effort and extra time to prepare for the interview to ensure I was ready for unexpected questions or situations that could be a topic for conversation/discussion to really demonstrate my knowledge with regards to the job requirements I was applying for.
