I applied through the hiring manager email by sharing my cv and cover letter and I was sent an email with teams interview link. On the teams interview was other candidates and we were asked questions in turns. The candidates that passed that phase was invited to talk a personality text and presented with the company's contract . I was to submit the results of the test and go to another interview phase (PSYCH EVALUATION) after that is the job offer.
