I applied through a recruiter. I interviewed at Polywork
Interview
I received a cold email from a recruiter working with the company and took a call with them, as well as the President and COO, Sabrina Kieffer. The recruiter clearly communicated scheduling and the process. I also really enjoyed speaking with Sabrina who directly answered my questions and asked about my experience as well as my interest in the role. We spent a lot of time discussing the stage of the company and its growth, what they wanted out of the role overall and in the first few months, and what a former Community person had achieved prior to this role being hired. I was offered the opportunity to move on to the next round of interviews and declined only because I truly wasn't ready to leave my current job.

Question 1
How would you approach working with teams that aren't as invested in or familiar with community?
I applied in-person. The process took 2 months. I interviewed at Polywork in Nov 2021
Interview
Stay away. These guys don't know how to run a company. They know how to raise investor money, while fleecing earnest professionals into working for them, only to grind them into the ground. Look at the Kalo reviews. This is a re-branding not a legitimate company.

Question 1
What is something that you believe that others would find controversial?
They make you sign up for their platform, add all of your personal information, follow people, add your work accomplishments like a resume then ignore you and never even provide you with an application update.
