      Customer Service Associate Interview

      23 Jul 2021
      Anonymous interview candidate
      No offer
      Negative experience
      Difficult interview

      Application

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Polystar Plastics

      Interview

Two part interview. The first interview went well and was a really positive experience. The second interview however, was horrible. Paul, the "Director", went out of his way to make me feel uncomfortable and spent half the time talking down to me like I'm a child. Had already mentioned I was a bit nervous (you know, like most people are in job interviews) and his response was "I'd expect someone from Sales and Customer Service to not feel nervous". I left the interview feeling horrible about myself and truth be told, IF I was offered the role, I would refuse it. Would rather pick litter off the streets. The only reason I didn't walk out of the interview was simply because interview experience is always good to get. Awful experience; can't even imagine what it would be like to work for them if this is the interview process!
