The worst interview process I have seen in 10+ years in the industry. Disorganized, I had to send the calendar invites out for them. They would request a random follow-up interview with no notice. It’s okay to change your mind, but they said it’s mandatory 6 days in office and ended up hiring someone remote for the role?

A first-round interview. This was a casual conversation with their internal recruiting function to determine if I was the right fit for a senior -level position at the company. I was engaged via a third-party external recruiter.
Initial interview was a zoom call. Nothing super technical. Just went over what I am currently doing, what am I looking for. Discussion on Resume and experience in technical skills
