Polygon Homes interview questions

Company was not clear on hiring objectives. I had applied to their public listed Full-Time job post, after few rounds of interviews was asked if I can accept part-time contract? after agreed to part-time contract, they then eliminated the role with the explanation "project requirements and scheduling have undergone unexpected changes." It was an unprofessional job application experience which was surprising from such an established company.

The hiring manager was very open and easy to talk to. It was very conversational but from what I gathered everyone had been working in the department for 15+ years and that is not what I was looking for.
