- Interviews took place over the course of 4 weeks.
- Initial phone screening was followed by 3 rounds of interviews with the last one being a one hour shadow of the Customer Success Team.
-Interview questions were a standard affair and after the one hour shadow you meet up with one of the Directors to debrief and share your thoughts.
-The situation got awkward when salary was brought up. I was asked for how much I was looking for and when I asked what the salary for someone in this role is they dodged the question by asking how much I was looking for again. It eventually became this dance when they avoided giving a number until I came out with a range based on the role and my experience, Needless to say we were fairly off and they said that they couldn’t match that as it was an “entry level role”, mind you they required 3 years of SAAS experience for this role. I was told that they will get back to me as they were interviewing other candidates.
- They ended up ghosting me as I have never received a follow up email or call effectively wasting a month of my time after multiple rounds of interviews. In addition, just two weeks later they reposted the same job but instead they were asking for 5 years of experience instead of 3.
