They took telephonic interview due to pandemic. Skills and knowledge doesn't matter for them. They can hire any random person doesn't matter he/she is qualified for the job or not.Worst HR department ever with least knowledge.
Easy interview anyone with basic english knowledge can pass. Mainly 4 questions are asked. Every one with 12 th pass or graduation both can apply. Questions include - Introduction, what is sales,policy bazar, insurance. These questions are asked mainly to all.

Interview
Well, my interview was over in 20 mins.
But, my other friends had to wait for 6 hours or so.
I was asked technical questions.
Such as sell me a credit card.
What would you do in case of an aggressive customer.

it was good and easy which was able to crack and easy to collaborate with interviewer as well and very polite which helped me to succeed further , thanks for the partner
