Don't go for the interview in Policy Bazaar because they make us fool by taking interview. Please read my experience with Policy Bazaar. After taking 2 round of technical interview and 1 round discussion with HR. I have cleared all round of interview. And last HR told me that she will inform me for salary and offer letter through email. On the very same day HR requested for my document related to salary etc. via email for background verification. I have submitted all the required document on the very next day. After 2-3 days I have called to HR for further process as I don't get any call or mail for the offer letter. She replied that she is on leave and will inform me by tomorrow. Then again I have called on next day and asked for the offer letter. Her answer was so much weird for me. She replied me that that opportunity is closed now but there is one another opportunity is open in another team for same position. I replied I am Okay with that. Then she told me I need to come again to give another round of technical interview and this was unexpected for me. So, I have cleared that this company making fool and therefore I reply to the HR. Sorry, I am not interested because after giving another round of interview you can give another excuse to me for the offer letter. Note: HR will never give offer letter after your selection. They will release offer letter 1-2 days before your joining date. So, be careful if you planning for interview with Policy Bazaar.
