There are two rounds and both are very easy. They basically check your personality and communication. Also prepare yourself about the insurance and sales related questions. Be confident and practically answer the questions instead of bookish language.

It was smartly executed by the recruiter's end. They made me comfortable. No personal question were asked in the interview. I had pancard Issue which was handled well by the company. Within span of three days I was selected.
