Website said that it would be about 30 minutes, but ended up being much shorter, around 15-20 minutes max, which I found relieving. The interviewer was very nice and friendly, and we just sat down to interview in the Poke House location where I applied. Questions were pretty basic and common, nothing specific to Poke House or food/poke, mainly about your background, your strengths/weaknesses, how you handle difficult situations, etc. Even had some fun questions like one about your hobbies and what you like to do outside of work, which I found refreshing.
