20 minute vibe-check intro interview which went well. Second stage was a test which had to be sent at a specific time during working hours, the test took 2 hours to complete, with five sections requiring a full data report, strategic insights, as well as content ideas for paid ads. Due to the time requested by PB I had to take an unpaid afternoon off from my current job to complete the work within their schedule. The test was designed to extract the maximum number of insights from the GA4 and Google ads data that had been provided. I completed all five sections and the test was unpaid. Following this I did not hear back from PB for another seven weeks until they emailed to say that; although I had "performed well", another candidate had been offered the role. Unprofessional communication from PB hr who responded with a generic email, offering no feedback at all on the work submitted.
