Point 412 interview questions

First interview was very brief, with the CEO. Second interview was with a sales associate, which took place a nearby Starbucks. Interviewee proceeded to explain that my entry level position would be selling Xfinity face to face in a WalMart. He then provided me with a sheet detailing the different "levels" in the company I could be promoted to if I sold a certain amount of product, promising things like vacations and company yacht parties. Stay away! The company changes their name all the time, they are now going by The Point Promotions.

It was a two round interview on the phone with hiring manager and then manager of Pittsburgh office. Both interviews were around 20 - 30 minutes. Second round interview was just explaining the job role and about the current office.
