I was interviewed by Clare, so charming and talked to me like a real human being. Really made me want to work for the company but ultimately they wanted a front end dev. After a lot of thought i told them i wanted mainly back end work but if Clare is anything like the company as a whole you're on to a winner (though it is sad to see that is clearly not the case).
