The hiring manager reached out directly via email, I mentioned that I'm not looking to move but a significant offer could move me, this is important later. Then, after 3 rounds of interviews, where one team member after asking my name and after I told him my name instead asked me "can I just call you DUDE?". That was a huge red flag. Hiring manager and the rest of the team were nice though. They came back with a measly offer, despite me telling them I'm happy where I'm at after they reached out to me. The recruiter actually tried to justify the bad offer saying "You were reluctant to share your current salary". Like what? That's none of your business, don't reach out to talent and waste their time if you can't afford them.
