Plutoshift interview questions

Contacted me after application on linkedIn. Set up a phone interview with me for the following week. An hour before the interview time they cancelled the call with no explanation. I emailed to check if the hiring manager wanted to reschedule but received no response. I know you guys are starting out and may be new to all this, but ghosting candidates and wasting their time is NOT a good look.

I got an interview request from Linkedin. Walkthrough my resume and mostly talked over the zoom the following week. Nice people, but I don't think they know what they were plan to do at that moment, they got hooked up on the popular ML concepts but have a very limited understanding of the subjects.
